Our Process

Inquiry
To start the journey and ensure we have all the details we need to give an accurate quote, please fill out our contact us form depending on the service(s) you require. We will get back to you within 48hrs with a custom proposal and quote that fits your needs and creative vision. If we need more detail, we’ll get in contact via email or schedule a call!

Pre-production
In our pre-production stage, we will schedule a project timeline and allocate shoot dates, reserve studio time and post-production timelines and delivery dates. We’ll ask that you send your products to our studio whilst we finalise the remaining ideas. From there we’ll be able to create your brief/ shoot list for approval, (unless you have supplied us with one), source props, build sets, book talents and plan any other shoot elements prior to the scheduled shoot date.

Shoot day (s)
The time has come to shoot! Depending on the size of the project, shoots can typically run anywhere between 1 day or a matter of weeks. Within our team, we provide all set design, styling, lighting, directing and shooting.

Post product

At this stage, this is when the post-production takes place. We offer full retouching service including product retouching, backdrop replacements, composites and special effects where requested. Your content will be delivered in high resolution for your own flexibility to use the content and resize as you need (for prints, ads, socials etc)
Delivery
Yayyy! Delivery day, on the delivery of the project and final payment, we send your new assets via our online gallery! From then, you have 5 business days to provide any revisions or further requests until the project is considered finalised.
Want your products back? Let us know, and we can pop it in return post on the completion of the project (at clients cost). Or you can provide a return shipping slip when shipping the products.
To ensure the process goes smoothly we need a few things from you
Details about your products and brand - We’ll need to know how many products you have and info about your branding. (colour schemes, any specific photography requirements, styling , product details and the primary point of contact for this shoot)
Project budget - all our projects vary in cost depending on the level of production and requirements. Help us understand where your budget sits so we can quote accordingly.
Timeline - Let us know when your looking to get started and receive your finale images
Product brief - Share with us your ideas and creative concepts so we can visualise what you have in mind and be able to fully accommodate and cater for your needs and wants.
